Hammock Beach Golf Club Available Memberships

Full Golf Membership

Any person who avails of the Full Golf Membership at the Hammock Beach Golf Club will have all access to all facilities.  This means they will not be required to pay greens fees or court fees.  However, they will still be required to pay for golf cart fees.

Another perk of being a Full Golf Member is that one can reserve times for golf and tennis games ten days prior.  Additionally, full members will not have to pay for the use of fitness facilities available.  There would still be charges albeit a reduced one for the use of spa services and treatments.

Any member can become a Full Golf Member and can deposit for the Full Golf Membership.  But, the privileges that come with the membership will only apply upon completion of the golf course.  Before the golf course is completed, all Full Golf Member will have the same privileges as members of the Hammock Beach Club.

Hammock Beach Club Membership

As stated in the Membership Plan, only property owners within the Hammock Beach can be members of the Hammock Beach Club.  Any member of the Hammock Beach Club can use amenities such as tennis courts, spas, and fitness facilities.  They are not entitled however to play in the golf course unless they are guests of a Full Golf Member or a full member of the Hammock Beach Golf Club themselves.

The same as Full Golf Members, Hammock Beach Club members are also entitled to use tennis courts for free but will have to pay reduced charges for spa services.

Patron Membership

Another membership plan available is the Patron Membership.  According to the Membership Plan, this can only be attained by an individual or a company which offers rental services within the gated community.  As such, a Patron Membership will not be applied unless the holder of said membership plan gives notice to the Club that the said plan will be linked with a residence within the community.

There are requirements for individuals to avail of the Patron Membership.  One is that the owner of the residence is a member of the Golf Club or of the Hammock Beach Club.  Also, the owner should be in good standing within the community.

When a Patron Membership is already associated with a residence in the community, the Patron Membership privileges will apply to the said residence even if the person or company is already a Full Golf Member or a Hammock Beach Club member.   Also, the amount of dues that the resident has to pay will be reduced to 50 percent unless said resident chooses to pay dues on a membership year basis for the underlying membership.

A member can choose to change which membership to pay for every membership year.  The privileges that come with the Patron Membership include the use of all facilities within the community including the golf course.  This can be used by the owner of the property, the rental guests, and house guests.

Anyone with a Patron Membership can use the golf course but will have to pay for greens fees as well as golf cart fees.  Like members of the Hammock Beach Club, Patron members are also not required to pay for the use of the tennis courts as well as for the use of equipments in the fitness facilities within the community.  However, they will also be required to pay the full fees for spa treatments.

Furthermore, anyone with a Patron Membership will have to pay for daily amenity usage every time the residence is being rented.  This applies whether the rental guests use the Club facilities or not.

An owner of a residence associated with a Patron Membership will be liable to pay for the membership dues once they terminate their rental program.  For rental guests, they can associate their Patron Membership with other residences within the Community.  Also, they can reserve certain facilities in the community from time to time.

Rental guests with short lease terms like six months will not be able to access any facility within the community unless they are associated with a residence having a Patron Membership.

While it is possible for Full Golf Members and Hammock Beach Club members to attain Patron membership, property owners can avail of the Patron Membership even without underlying membership.

Additionally, any member associated with a residence with a Patron Membership can choose to pay for half of the Full Golf Membership dues for a membership year.  During that span of time, the member will have the same privileges as Full Golf members.  This is only true though if the member is staying on a residence associated with a Patron Membership.
