I have a diverse background in both the maritime and the real estate industry. Coming to Florida in 1956 to a small town called, Pinellas Park. I have seen small towns in Florida grow into vibrant cities that have coaxed Northerners here to call the Sunshine State, Florida, "home". Attaching over 40 schools related to my work in both the maritime industry as well as the real estate industry, has helped me marry those careers, allowing me to provide much needed real estate advice to my maritime friends. I continually work to become more knowledgeable in this new and ever changing real estate market. Armed with the newest information on the economy, short sales, bank foreclosures and working with the most progressive company around has positioned me to move quickly and professionally to help clients from all economic backgrounds. My "team" approach in Real Estate keeps my clients up to date and always in the ready position when they are looking to buy or sell their homes or if they are looking for a good business or income opportunity.

My primary goal today is to be educated and professional in all I do. Having been active in my community. I help others and help the community grow. I am well positioned to help others. Formerly owning my own business, traveling to see how real estate works elsewhere and keeping my eye on the financial goals of others help me the best I can be for the clients I will serve.
