Steve has been a long term resident of the Greater Daytona and Halifax area, and over thirty years in Florida. He originally came to Florida after finishing his undergraduate schooling at New York, Long Island University, and then going on to New York University for his master’s degree.
Having grown-up and raised in the Hotel/Food industry, Steve went on to spend several years in frozen food/bakery manufacturing in developing frozen products for the military as well as the commercial sector. After several years of success in the frozen cheese cake manufacturing he sold out to his partners, and went on to consulting for the hotel/food service, management, restaurants, bakery development, and other related businesses.
In 2000, Steve meet his wife, who encouraged him to utilize his experience and broad knowledge to help people in the commercial and residential real estate business, better fulfill and understand their most important purchase.
Steve is very active in the community. He lives in, and believes, that knowledge is instrumental in every aspect of selling and purchasing investments either in residential or a commercial portfolio investment.
