It is very difficult to discern what the views will be from the ground floor due to the fact that the dunes are undulating and a ladder has to be used since dirt will be used as land fill. However, stakes have been placed and marked so that I can get a pretty good idea of what the views look like while standing on either the patios or in the ground floor bedroom/media room. Again, this is just an estimate prior to ground break and clearing. These pictures were taken on July 9th, 2006 and will be updated at a later date.
